Relaxation and Stress


Hello everyone and welcome to my blog.
Life is very daunting, yet rewarding.  Sometimes in the light of chaos we forget what we are living for and let the hiccups in life rule how we live that life.  Taking a moment to yourself and relaxing can turn chaos into a controllable task.  Stress can have a huge effect on our life as well as how smooth.  Sometimes stress gets away from us and we find ourselves turning a normal everyday task chaos.  While listening to the relaxation audio, I realized that I was relaxing wrong.  Taking moments to yourself is not enough.  The true test is making the thoughts of chaos and priorities not exist during that moment.  I happen to be truly stressed out and overwhelmed when I started this exercise.  My stress caused me to turn the day into turmoil.  When I did the exercise, I realized that I was no longer worked up and had a better focus on all my daily tasks, which made them smooth and the stress just disappeared.  Sometimes we focus too much on the things that are going wrong in our day/life that we forget and dismiss the fact that there is way more good in life than bad.  Instead of focusing on how the bad is affecting our life, more focus should be put on the good.  Changing the focus can turn a stressful life into a happy one.
